Hopeless

They sure did go way above and beyond to get me into my Chevy equinox. I had to extend the amount I wanted to pay a month by $150. But I was ready to have a vehicle that was gonna last and have a warranty, and I didnt want to have to buy another vehicle in a year or 2....so i take the plunge, and for the first time, got me a nice dependable vehicle with a warranty.. I was 1 day before my 2nd monthly payment, that I had already made early, and 3 days before Christmas this year 2019, when the car stalled out as i pulled up closer to the store doors to get my daughter with groceries in the pouring rain and the car would not restart. Leaving me stranded with the groceries for Christmas dinner and in the pouring rain. partially blocking the fire lane... my car has been towed to the service dept, after I had to call my insurance for a tow to MY HOUSE. Because the road side I PURCHASED with the car that cost the same as the YEARLY amount of my full coverage insurance premium wouldn't cover the full amount of a tow without my out of pocket cost being $240... When I called walker jones, i was taken care of immediately on the phone. The tow truck came right out from waycross to alma in no time and .The buying process was pleasant.... and that's where I am...confused, upset, and over it.. I'm left in the unknown... i can not get anyone to answer the phones. When I do get an answer, I'm put on hold until infinity. transfer and hold over and again. Having to spend all my work breaks trying over and again for someone to answer the phone in the service dept, and not say service dept. Please hold. And silence. I still have no clue what's wrong with the suv.. the engine light was on and it wont stay started..sounds like another lemon to me.. EXACTLY WHAT I WAS Afraid of more debt, less reliability..I must say, this is the fastest a car has ever failed on me. Only 60,000 miles on this equinox.. . i expressed over and again during the shopping and buying process. That I wanted a reliable car, and I was willing to stretch myself to pay that much to have the reliability...i dont what to have to worry about being stranded with kids and grandkids and groceries again. I already have a horrific break down on a bridge in the rain with 4 kids and laundry and groceries, car memory, and now in a fire lane. .. no car dealer is honest. None care. None have to endure the struggle just for dependability. they must keep all those reliable vehicles that are worth anything and dependable for themselves and throw a price tag on the rest for us to buy to become our problem .. The dealer did provide a loaner. Being its Christmas and my 2nd payment is due, and they want that large payment to continue. and I'm stressing how I got myself into a payment I did not want, all for the sake of dependability, for a car that is obviously not at all dependable. And I do have a warranty, but that's just an expensive paper. It's now thursday night. My car stalled last monday. Been in the shop over Christmas week. And i was told my car would be diagnosed on Tuesday..was it? I have no clue. I'm just expected to pay on time and drive on a prayer...maybe when they call for payment I just put them on hold and transfer them from grand baby to grandbaby.. I traded in my envoy in this euinox. and now, I have a loaner. That is exactly what I did not want.. all around...and I'm all together over it and throw my hands up. I'm done with the car I'm done with Walker jones. If I'm gonna struggle and stress. And worry when I'm gonna break down going to visit my mom out of town or to visit my son in the marines. Then Its not worth it at all. Cus the stress involved with buying this SUV, And already going thru this issue with it, is causing me to break down also. I've been working on my credit so hard for last few YEARS, with goals and dreams in mind. And I'm so broken from this, I give up. Id rather go bankrupt then pay for unreliability and no dependability.
