I've used this place for years, mainly because ofconvenience. Seen many counter people come andgo.
Seems the good guys always suddenly disappear around this store. Only tobe replaced bysome stuffed shirts.
Went inyesterday topick upsome parts Iordered. The NEW manager told methey sent them back! Iknow they hold them for 3days.
Tuesday afternoon toThursday afternoon is2days! Hejust stood there.

Had aperfectly good starter, took into make sure itwas good after itsitting from other repairs onvehicle not related tostarter. Some girl who doesn’t work there but use towho happened tobe inthe store atsame time tested the starter and all ofa sudden the solenoid burnsout? Coincidence? Ithinknot. TBH Ithink they messed upmy starter which now Ihave tobuy anewone. Which I’m not gonna bepurchasing that orany other future parts from them. I’ll goto Owasso locations.

Employees are not helpful even after providing part numbers and vehiclevin. Went down the road toBumper toBumper and they got mefixed up
